Our facility holds the stable temperature range these materials need, out of direct sun.

    Stable conditions are more important than perfect conditions. A consistent 70-degree environment is dramatically better for a classic than even a garage that swings from 60° to 100° across a single day. We hold conditions steady, year-round, indoors.

    Period-Correct Care Practices

    Modern pump fuel contains ethanol that degrades old fuel systems, rubber lines swell, fiberglass tanks delaminate, and carburetor jets clog. For classics, we can drain fuel, treat with stabilizers, or recommend local sources of ethanol-free fuel depending on the vehicle and owner preference.

    Vintage tire compounds also age in ways modern tires don't. We monitor and rotate as needed, and recommend trickle chargers or scheduled monthly starts depending on what the vehicle and owner prefer. Period-correct care means treating the car the way it was designed to be cared for.

    Documentation and Provenance Protection

We respect that, we don't move panels, don't open hoods unless asked, and document every interaction with the vehicle so the chain of custody is clean. Vehicles are retrieved only by our team, not by customers walking the storage floor.

    For show-quality and concours-level vehicles, we work with owners on storage protocols that maintain show-readiness. That includes covered storage, scheduled detail prep before events, and trailer loading assistance when a vehicle goes out. For members who'd rather not trailer a fragile original themselves, we also coordinate pickup and delivery as a paid add-on, and pickups need 48 hours notice so the car is pulled and waiting when you arrive. There is no shorter-notice or expedited option.

    Hours & Access

    Pickup and access require 48 hours notice. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday by appointment, and we are closed Sunday. Vehicle pickup, drop-off, and facility access happen during those hours. Vehicles are retrieved only by our team, never by customers walking the storage floor.
